Adoption

An adoption creates a new family unit, whether it is by bringing a new child into a family or when a step-parent adopts a spouse’s child.

This is one area of family law practice where everyone involved benefits, and it is rewarding and gratifying for the family, as well as for the court and the attorney. Adoption work is one of my most favorite areas of legal practice.
